30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your TextToolz Pro or Enterprise plan within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

• Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. We will send a reminder email before your subscription renews.
• Refunds are only available for the initial purchase of a premium plan.
• No refunds will be issued for requests made after the 30-day period.
• Refunds do not apply to any custom development work or enterprise plans, which are governed by a separate agreement.
